BlueBird Plenary meeting in Copenhagen

This week, we had the pleasure of gathering for the 5th plenary meeting of the BlueBird project, this time hosted by DTU. The meeting took place on DTU's campus in Lyngby and a beautiful historical venue in the heart of Copenhagen, where we shared the latest progress across the project and aligned on the next important steps toward deploying our flexibility innovations across the 7 pilot sites.

DTU showcased their demo setup for the cold rooms use case of the EWH pilot using a fridge and monitoring setup, as well as the associated software setup to optimally control the compressors in function of dynamic prices.

Beyond the technical sessions, the meeting featured some memorable moments: singing famous songs adapted to our project goals, and a guided tour and excellent dinner in the iconic Freetown Christiania district.

A big thank you to DTU for the excellent hosting and to all partners for the engaging discussions and continued commitment to the project!
